Tabitha St. Germain, voice of Derpy, has stated she originally thought Derpy was a male pony even though she’s actually a female pony, hence the deeper more masculine voice for Derpy initially. MLP fans have launched several campaigns to “Save Derpy” — DerpyHoovesNews.com has complete coverage on this story.
